Role Responsibilities

  • To identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage order processing, ensuring timely delivery and efficient handling of customer requests.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Ensure the artwork labelling complies with the regulation by liaising with Regulatory affairs, suppliers, and customers.
  • Perform administrative duties related to Proforma Invoice, Sales Orders, Contract Review, Change Request Form, apply Free Sale Certificate etc.
  • Responsible for taking enquiry details from clients accurately and maintaining accurate database.
  • Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the superior.

 

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with or without supervision.
  • Detail oriented, organized & easily to adapt with changes.
  • Proficient in MS Office Application.
  • Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Willing to travel outstation when required.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pontian, Johor.
