Role Responsibilities
- To identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage order processing, ensuring timely delivery and efficient handling of customer requests.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure the artwork labelling complies with the regulation by liaising with Regulatory affairs, suppliers, and customers.
- Perform administrative duties related to Proforma Invoice, Sales Orders, Contract Review, Change Request Form, apply Free Sale Certificate etc.
- Responsible for taking enquiry details from clients accurately and maintaining accurate database.
- Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the superior.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with or without supervision.
- Detail oriented, organized & easily to adapt with changes.
- Proficient in MS Office Application.
- Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus.
- Willing to travel outstation when required.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pontian, Johor.
