JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE รายละเอียดลักษณะงาน :

•          To ensure that chemicals preparation and compounding latex (PV Latex) for Dipping process are achieve and meet the standard.
•         Managing the daily basis of Dipping Process to ensure that output and quality are achieve as plan and meet the standard.
•          Analyze the root cause of problem in Dipping process with team and make corrective action.
•         Supervise and coaching Dipping team for make the good of their performance.
•          Provide advice on plant hygiene.
•          Ensure that the facility complies with regulatory requirements.
•          Ensure that target agreed for the KPI’s under the responsibility of the position are achieved.
•          Actively involved in company’s environmental initiatives.
•          Performing other related as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION  ทักษะและคุณวุฒิการศึกษา :

•         Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of manufacturing process.
•         At least graduated Bachelor’s degree level.
•         Male or female aged 25 years or above.
•         Can communicate in English, human relation, and a commercial mindset.
